Coach Michael believes in being a fun, but challenging Coach. He wants the players to have a love for the game, enjoy coming to practice and games. Know when it is time to work with full energy and a great attitude. Building these players as good players and people. Mistakes are a part of the game, learn to feel the weight and move on. Practice with a purpose, listen when others are speaking, hustle, respect teammates, coaches, opponents and umpires.
