Constant coaching and growing, teaching their instinct and Grit.
My goal for my team is to build players who love the grind and love the game now, so that they can develop into THE team that is ready to COMPETE at a higher level by 2nd year 12U.

Playing time is earned through preparation, effort, attitude, and performance. The work you put in during the week is what shows up on game day. Pool play is your opportunity to demonstrate your commitment and execution, and it helps determine bracket play opportunities.
If you're happy with your performance, keep building on it. If you're not, the answer isn't to complain—it's to get back to work. Success is earned through consistent effort, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
